Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered

The 7-day period starts from the date of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for a return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Unboxing video guidelines:

  • The video must be continuous and unedited

  • It should clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the package

    • The product and the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)

Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind / personal preference

  • Size, color, or design expectations not matching personal liking

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling

  • Orders without an unboxing video

Return / Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request

  4. If approved:

    • A replacement will be shipped, or

    • A refund will be processed (as applicable)

Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion

Partial Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD)

To reduce fake orders and ensure smooth delivery operations, selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a small advance payment confirmation.

Under our Partial Paid COD system:

  • Customers are required to pay a 10% advance amount (up to ₹99 maximum) while placing the order.
  • The remaining balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery via Cash on Delivery.
  • PPCOD availability may depend on order value, product category, location, or internal verification checks.
  • The advance amount is collected to secure shipping and courier handling costs.

Non-Refundable Advance in Case of Rejection

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fails to receive the package, provides an incorrect address, or the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons (RTO), the advance amount paid will be non-refundable.

This policy helps us prevent fraudulent and non-serious orders and maintain efficient service for genuine customers.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
