Shipping Partners

We ship orders using multiple courier partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. Our courier network may include, but is not limited to:

  • XpressBees

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Shadowfax

  • Other premium and regional courier partners

Courier partner selection is done based on factors such as delivery location, serviceability, order value, and operational efficiency.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, subject to courier serviceability for the delivery PIN code.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Processing time may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or due to operational constraints

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3–10 business days from dispatch

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on location, order value, and internal verification

  • We reserve the right to enable or disable COD for certain orders or regions

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery multiple times

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal by the customer, it may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO)

  • In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, MasiWorld is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

Partial Paid Cash on Delivery (PPCOD)

To reduce fake orders and ensure smooth delivery operations, selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require a small advance payment confirmation.

Under our Partial Paid COD system:

  • Customers are required to pay a 10% advance amount (up to ₹99 maximum) while placing the order.
  • The remaining balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery via Cash on Delivery.
  • PPCOD availability may depend on order value, product category, location, or internal verification checks.
  • The advance amount is collected to secure shipping and courier handling costs.

Non-Refundable Advance in Case of Rejection

If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, fails to receive the package, provides an incorrect address, or the shipment is returned due to customer-related reasons (RTO), the advance amount paid will be non-refundable.

This policy helps us prevent fraudulent and non-serious orders and maintain efficient service for genuine customers.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
